What the service is, what it isn’t, what it costs, and how to begin. If your question isn’t here, call and ask.
What this is
The service itself
What exactly is a life and lifestyle concierge?
It’s ongoing, personalized support for an older adult living independently. We help with connection, resource navigation, planning, advocacy, and keeping family appropriately informed. Think of it as one trusted professional who knows the whole picture and can help with whatever comes next.
Is this home care?
No. We are not a home health agency and we do not provide medical or personal care. If a client needs those services, we help identify and coordinate the right provider.
Is this therapy?
No. Our founder is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and that training informs the work, but this is not clinical treatment and we do not provide therapy.
Do you provide transportation or housekeeping?
No. We help clients identify, evaluate, and access transportation and other services. We are not the service provider.
How it works
Working together
Who is your client, the older adult or the family?
Both. We work with the older adult and the adult child or family representative together, and both are our clients. The older adult remains the decision-maker about their own life, and all family communication runs through their authorization.
What if my parent doesn’t want help?
That’s common, and it’s usually about autonomy rather than the help itself. Our approach begins with getting to know the person on their own terms. Most clients come to see this as their own resource, something that makes them less dependent on their children rather than more.
How long are visits?
Visiting hours are provided in minimum 15-minute increments, scheduled around what the client actually needs that month.

Pricing
How much does it cost?
Support is $100 an hour, billed in 15-minute increments. We build a personalized plan first and recommend a starting number of hours, so there is no monthly membership or recurring commitment. Individual custom packages are available on request. See the pricing page for how it works.
Can we change the plan?
Yes. Needs change, and the plan is meant to change with them. We reassess as we go and add hours when it makes sense.
Getting started
Where and how to begin
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Kansas City Metro Area. Andrea is licensed in Kansas, Missouri, and Massachusetts.
How do we get started?
Schedule a free consultation. We’ll talk about the situation, answer questions, and recommend a starting point. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you that too.
Still have a question?
Ask it directly. A short conversation answers more than a page of text, and there’s no obligation.
Or call (913) 667-7716.
